The shot-put champion had his mind only in training throughout the quarantine period, managing to come out even stronger. Mouzenidis explained how he achieved that and spoke about his goals.
The COVID-19 pandemic had a negative effect on his planning and training schedule, but when it comes to a bwinner, like Mouzenidis, only one thing was on his mind: How to keep his physical conidiation on top level and continue his quality training. And he managed to do just that, setting again the bar very high.
Mouzenidis revealed in an interview how he maintained his body in high levels, starting even now his preparation for next year. Under normal circumstances, that should have been done in September. He recalled the time he began competing in shot-put, being today one of the great hopes of Greece for success in the future. He also emphasized on the help of bwin, wishing that every athlete should have a sponsor like his own.
As for his goals? The 2021 Olympic Games are currently on the top of his priority list. At the same time, he is looking forward to the European U23 Championships, aiming for a medal. In fact, he promised to give more interviews in the future, considering that this would be some kind of award for his hard work and success!
