Now that there aren’t any games to play, the training routine of Georgios Printezis, Antonis Koniaris, Sasha Vezenkov and Vasilis Charalampopoulos is totally different.
Olympiacos vice-captain is following the instructions of fitness coach Andreas Gkatzoulis. Every morning his workout lasts about 2 hours, so that he can spend as much time as possible with his family afterwards.
The same applies to Koniaris and Vezenkov. They both receive their training programs every day and workout accordingly. Charalampopoulos on the other hand just returned to training after his injury and his program is more about strengthening his leg post-surgery.
